As a Career/Employment Services program and workshop developer, facilitator, and coach for over 25 years, I'm honoured to have assisted and empowered 1,000s of participants worldwide. I've contracted with provincial employment centres, employment programs, post-secondary schools, unions, international cruise ships (onboard), and private practice clients.
Expert in course creation and workshop facilitation (Job Search, Career Exploration, Personal Development, and Corporate Training). University-certified Employment Counsellor and Life Coach. Certified in various career assessments. Member of the BC Career Development Association (BCCDA). Guest speaker, radio and expert panel guest. Extensive education and continual learning to stay current and on-trend.
After a complicated injury during the pandemic, it was time for me to pivot!
I shifted my career from contracting with companies for on-site services to opening a virtual business serving clients directly and globally.

About career sessions
Virtual sessions are private, confidential, and non-judgemental in the environment of your choice. A service agreement is signed by both parties.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are centred solely on you and your needs. They provide an opportunity to work through transition, bounce ideas, learn new strategies, develop and follow through on action plans, and gain expert feedback.
I ask questions, provide information, guidance, and support, and help you overcome challenges you may be facing in your job search or career transition. It is a customized process that is present and future-focused, and results-oriented. The more effort you put in and the more action you take, the more benefits you will reap!
