About Career Sessions.

About career sessions

Virtual sessions are private, confidential, and non-judgemental in the environment of your choice. A service agreement is signed by both parties.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are centred solely on you and your needs. They provide an opportunity to work through transition, bounce ideas, learn new strategies, develop and follow through on action plans, and gain expert feedback.

I ask questions, provide information, guidance, and support, and help you overcome challenges you may be facing in your job search or career transition.  It is a customized process that is present and future-focused, and results-oriented. The more effort you put in, and the more action you take, the more benefits you will reap!
